Registered customers are covered by the Loyalty Program. The most important principles of the Program are presented below. The program is not limited in time and is assigned automatically to each registered Customer.

The maximum discount is 15%, however, in individual cases, it is possible to grant a different discount

Discounts cannot be combined (e.g. they do not apply to already discounted products)

All accumulated points expire (along with the right to a discount) if the customer has not finalized purchases in the store for the last 180 days (finalization means sending the package, not placing an order)
