Just six months after their indie debut, Phantom Siita successfully held their 1st live concert "Heine" at Nippon Budokan, followed by an unprecedentedly fast-paced world tour. The group is now set to release their second single "Horror Queen," a work that firmly establishes the group’s defining identity.

The lead track "Horror Queen" was written, composed, and arranged by Vocaloid producer Teniwoha, who also created "Zoku Zoku," one of Phantom Siita’s signature songs. Evolving even further from "Zoku Zoku," the track fully embodies the current form of Phantom Siita and presents the group reigning as queens under their “horror” concept, making it a culmination of everything the group represents so far. The coupling track is "Moo Ii Kai?" written specifically for the group by Hitoshizuku × Yama△. The song also serves as the ending theme for the April 2026 TV anime series "Saikyou no Shokugyo wa Yuusha demo Kenja demo naku Kantei? (Kari) Rashii desu yo?"

The [First Press Limited Edition: Blu-ray Edition] includes special stage performance videos for "Horror Queen" and "Moo Ii Kai?," along with extended behind-the-scenes footage from the music videos.
