Opis:

James Gordon & Sons, Prolific Canadian roots music veteran James Gordon maintains that his greatest musical contribution has been the co-production of his two talented indie-rock offspring, his sons Evan & Geordie. Nine Green Bottles brings their youthful energy to 12 Gordon originals with a surprising new sound-their first musical collaboration. "The outspoken activist was charged up by his boys punk energy, while the young Gordons in turn made nods to such mutual inspirations as the Band. A magical performance....James Gordon & Sons brought it home." - Exclaim magazine "... a wonderfully rich, varied set, the work of a confident artist with things on his mind." - Toronto Star "James Gordon is the voice and writing talent to bring folk music back to the world just as Dylan and his contemporaries in the 1960s stirred US to think with music." - Rambles.
