To commemorate the occasion, a selection of the masterpieces he left behind on Impulse! has been carefully chosen for release as hybrid SACDs. The masters use the latest digital sources from Verve in the U.S. The albums are also being released in a limited double-paper-sleeve edition, making them essential additions for longtime fans as well as new listeners.

This is the supreme masterpiece left by John Coltrane, the "Saint of Tenor Saxophone."
