Herman Kelly and Life is a funk group led by percussionist Herman Kelly, who was based in Miami, Florida. ''Dance to the Drummer's Beat,'' is a DJ/B-Boy break classic that has been used for sampling by many famous rappers and included in ''ULTIMATE BREAKS & BEATS,'' known as an introductory disc for DJs, and which was released 45 years ago this year, is now available on 7'' in an RSD limited edition Japanese sleeve!(Japanese ver).

The B-side, ''Do the Handborn,'' is a groove-filled song full of drum breaks from the beginning, and both the A-side and the B-side will not bore you! DJs must use two copies!!!!
