HALFBY’s acclaimed album "innn HAWAII," widely regarded as a masterpiece of neo-exotica, is finally getting a long-awaited vinyl repress! The starting point of the “Hawaii Trilogy,” followed by "LAST ALOHA" (2018) and "LOCO" (2021), this album brings together HALFBY’s sophisticated pop sensibilities with an eclectic blend of exoticism and humor, vividly depicting an idyllic, miniature paradise.

The album features guest appearances by Alfred Beach Sandal, VIDEOTAPEMUSIC, Tsubasa Hashimoto (cero), and others. Alongside the popular tracks “Slow Banana” and “Kids,” both released as 7-inch and 12-inch singles that sold out immediately, the album offers 13 gems filled with exotic soundscapes and a dazzling tropical atmosphere. This repress also includes two bonus tracks: “Bathrobe (innn HAWAII Version)” and “Steel and Slide.”

Ten years after its original vinyl release in 2016, the album now commands premium prices on the secondhand market. For this repress, the album has been newly remastered and expanded from the original single-LP format to a 2LP edition for improved sound quality. The jacket has also been upgraded to a luxurious gatefold design, offering a fresh way to experience the album’s appeal.
