The shocking album released in 1989 by THE TIMERS, a masked band led by ZERRY, a figure who closely resembles Kiyoshiro Imawano, is now available as the super high-end analog record ''100% Pure LP.'' Built around the concept of “a fusion of rock, blues, enka, and child-idol pop,” the album features a series of exhilarating original songs that sharply satirize society without holding back, often using clever rhymes throughout. Among them, the Monkees cover ''Daydream Believer,'' said to express feelings toward one’s mother, stands out with a unique presence.

''100% Pure LP'' is a special Made in Japan product that first appeared in 2012 and drew major attention from around the world as a pioneer of modern high-fidelity records. One of its key features is the use of uncolored virgin vinyl, eliminating all coloring materials that can affect the sound, such as the carbon normally used in analog records. By using only pure straight vinyl chloride as the raw material, the stability of the pressing process is reliably improved.

Another major feature is the use of metal master pressing. In the standard analog record production process, the metal mother and stamper stages are omitted here, and records are pressed directly from the metal master, allowing the grooves to be formed with overwhelming fidelity. However, because durability is lower, the pressing quantity is completely limited.

This release also uses 45 RPM, which is often used for 12-inch singles, rather than the standard 33 RPM used for regular LPs. Since the recording time per side becomes shorter, the album is issued as a 2LP set, but this allows wider and longer grooves to be cut, while the higher rotation speed also improves stability, creating major advantages in detail reproduction and richer volume.

The audio source was newly transferred from the original analog master tapes into the latest 96kHz/24bit WAV files, then mastered as flat as possible so as not to compromise the freshness of the sound or dynamic range. The result pursues a natural sound faithful to the original source.

Through this thorough refinement of every stage, from the master source and vinyl material selection to the pressing itself, ''100% Pure LP'' brings out the true value of the record format to the fullest. While preserving the punch and warmth unique to analog, it delivers a literally pure and clear sound, free from any muddiness or unwanted impurities.
