Description:

In peak form, Bohanon released three albums in 1975. This is the first of them. "Foot Stompin' Music" was a hit in the US and UK, and "Disco Stomp" became a major hit, reaching number 6 in the UK charts. Leroy Emmanuel of The Counts and Mose Davis continued to provide backing, and Harold McKinney, a heavyweight of the Detroit jazz scene, also participated on piano. He shows a new side of himself with mellow instrumental tunes. It also includes the free soul classic "Happy Feeling," which was also included in Toru Hashimoto's supervised "Café Après-midi Pastille."
