Opis:

Patto, Originally released in 1971, Hold Your Fire captures Patto at their peak - a fearless blend of progressive rock ambition and virtuosic musicianship. Guitarist Ollie Halsall's fluid, forward-thinking playing (cited by Eddie Van Halen and Allan Holdsworth as an influence) is matched by Mike Patto's gritty, soulful vocals and a rhythm section that propels the music with power and groove. "A driving fiesta... you're never sure what will happen next," wrote AllMusic. This 2026 remastered edition marks the first U.S. reissue of Hold Your Fire, presented with the lesser-known North American alternate cover artwork. Remastered by Prof. Stoned, the album reveals new depth and clarity and includes one track previously unavailable on CD. Housed in a deluxe digipak with a 16-page booklet featuring liner notes by archivist Chaim O'Brien-Blumenthal, plus a collectible obi-strip. Essential listening for fans of adventurous, guitar-driven rock.
