Composition, production, and all performances are handled by SWING-O of 45trio. The A-side original song ''Love Your Life'' features lyrics by Momoko Suzuki. Inspired by Bob Marley’s famous words, ''Love the life you live. Live the life you love,'' the lyrics carry a message that could be called one of life’s ultimate goals. Riding on SWING-O’s light piano, refined samba rhythm, and melody, the song is finished as a happy tune. It is also a pleasure to hear the voices of Momoko Suzuki and Reiko Oda blending together throughout, as they sing alternately and together.

The B-side coupling track is a cover of The Nolans’ signature song ''I'm In The Mood For Dancing,'' a worldwide hit in 1979. Built around the concept of “what if a 1970s classic were covered in the 1990s,” the song has been reconstructed into a sound where disco and acid jazz blend naturally. The perfectly matched twin vocals by Momoko Suzuki and Reiko Oda are also one of the highlights. The natural exchanges and harmonies that could only come from two artists who have worked together for many years add a warm charm to the song.

The jacket artwork was newly drawn by illustrator Naoki Hashiba, inspired by the songs when they were first performed live.
