Black vinyl single from The White Stripe's 2003 album Elephant Remastered from the original analog sources Soft-touch coated sleeves From the 19th installment of Third Man Records' "Vault" subscription series comes invidual black vinyl editions of the four singles from the White Stripes' 2003 album Elephant : "Seven Nation Army," "I Just Don't Know What to Do With Myself," "The Hardest Button to Button" and "There's No Home for You Here." These singles feature badass non-album b-sides, three of which are covers of songs from some of Detroit's turn-of-the-millenium best and brightest (Brendan Benson, Jason Falkner, Dan Miller (Blanche), Soledad Brothers) and one of which is a live White Stripes medley of "I Fought Piranhas" and "Let's Build A Home," recorded at New York's legendary Electric Lady Studios. The sleeves for these singles were made using a process called "soft touch aqueous coating," according to Third Man Records, which means that they feel like "a hybrid between rubber and lambskin."
